Anhui Evosil Nanomaterials Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2018 and is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Fuyang City, Anhui Province. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of bio-based silica (also known as bio-based white carbon black/rice husk silica/rice husk white carbon black) new material technology.
The company has established the world's first 10000 tons/year carbon dioxide acidification method to prepare bio-based silica demonstration production line, and plans to build 90000 tons/year carbon dioxide acidification method to prepare bio-based silica production line.
The company has passed the ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and other management system certification, and passed the automotive industry IATF16949 certification, ISO14067(LCA life cycle) and ISCC certification (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification), RCS certification and other authoritative certification.

Project Introduction
Bio-based silica (also known as: bio-based silica/rice husk silica/rice husk silica)
Relying on the technical support of Beijing University of Chemical Technology and the strong scientific research team of Academician Zhang Liqun, after more than 10 years of joint research and development, the company has made a breakthrough in the preparation of bio-based silica new material technology, and independently created a complete set of process technology and related equipment for the preparation of bio-based silica by carbon dioxide acidification. The technology is the use of rice husk, straw and other renewable resources as raw materials, carbon dioxide instead of sulfuric acid as a precipitation reaction agent, can produce a specific surface area of 50 to 500 m2/g bio-based silica. For every ton of bio-based silica used, customers can reduce carbon by 0.5 tons, thus achieving their carbon reduction targets.
APPLICATION
FIELD
The company is mainly based on bio-based silica new materials, engaged in high ratio table, high reinforcement, high wear resistance, high dispersion of bio-based silica, nano bio-based silica dispersion, polishing liquid and other research and processing. The product can be used as a reinforcing agent, opening agent, matting agent, thickening thixotropic agent, anti-caking agent and other multifunctional materials. It is widely used in rubber, plastics, paint, ink, medicine, paper, daily cosmetics and other fields.
