This product uses rice husk and carbon dioxide as core raw materials and achieves "waste-to-treasure" through innovative technology. Innovative Raw Materials and Technological Breakthrough: From Agricultural Waste to High-Value-Added Materials

The bio-based silica matting agent developed this time uses rice husk (waste from rice processing) and industrially emitted carbon dioxide as raw materials in a groundbreaking way. It is synthesized through a special carbon dioxide acidification precipitation process and its performance is optimized through surface treatment. This technical approach not only solves the problem of rice husk resource utilization but also, through the "waste-to-treasure" of carbon dioxide, provides a sustainable paradigm for material production under the "dual carbon" goal.

Compared with traditional matting agent preparation processes, this technology has three major advantages:
