On December 9, Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) held the 2019-2020 Academic Year Special Scholarship (Materials) award ceremony.

    On December 9, Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) held the 2019-2020 Academic Year Special Scholarship (Materials) award ceremony.

Vice President Zhang Liqun of BUCT in his speech said, in recent years, BUCT gradually perfects the discipline overlapping, and the combination of production, personnel training mode, and now it is the ninth year for BUCT setting up the special scholarship which is the best encouragement for the unremitting struggle and innovation for the students, as well as the most direct embodiment of the social concerns for the BUCT and students.

Zhao Jing, Secretary of the Party Committee of School of Materials Science and Engineering of BUCT, introduced the setting of special scholarships.

At the signing ceremony of the new scholarship, Zhang Liqun signed contracts with Evosil and some other companies.

In addition, the enterprises involved in the establishment of special scholarships include Linglong Tire, Zhongze Rubber, Jiangsu General Science Technology Co., Blackcat Carbon Black, Wuxi Boton Technology, Dawn Group, Hainan Rubber and so on.

The project leaders of BUCT, together with representatives from more than 30 companies, presented awards to students who won special scholarships.
