【Application scope】

The production process of this bio-based silica is carried out by precisely adjusting the aggregate particle size and the basic particle size to produce EV1080 and EV1115, which combines low heat generation and high reinforcement properties. It is a new generation of low heat generation bio-based silica. EV1080 and EV1115 products have the characteristics of low specific surface area, uniform product particle size, and low surface hydroxyl content. It is suitable for use in low heat generation formula rubber compounds and can be used in products such as engineering tires and high-end car tires. After this product is filled with rubber, it can be used in all-steel and semi-steel radial tires, and the filling quantity can be 60-100 parts.
