【Product Introduction】
The product is made from renewable resources such as rice husk and straw using the carbon dioxide acidification process to produce anticaking agent bio-based silica (also known as bio-based white carbon black / rice husk silica / rice husk white carbon black). It is a white, non-toxic, amorphous micro pearl substance. The product is an important inorganic silicon compound with excellent properties such as porosity, easy dispersion, light weight, good chemical stability, high temperature resistance, non-combustion, and good electrical insulation.
【Application scope】
The bio-based silica can be used as an anti-caking agent, thickener, stabilizer and carrier for powder coatings and other products, a clarifying aid, an adsorption desiccant for flavors and fragrances, etc. Due to the submicroscopic structure and large specific surface area of silica, it can act as a spacer between the particles of the powder material and promote the flow of the powder material. This product has low moisture content and its hygroscopicity greatly enhances the anti-caking and hygroscopic effects.
