This product is a carbon-neutral AK series alkaline bio-based silicon dioxide (also known as bio-based white carbon black/rice husk silicon dioxide/rice husk white carbon black), prepared by a special carbon dioxide precipitation method using renewable resources such as rice husks and straw as raw materials. It is a white, non-toxic, amorphous microspherical substance.

Product Introduction
This product is a carbon-neutral AK series alkaline bio-based silicon dioxide (also known as bio-based silica/rice husk silica/rice husk silica), prepared by a special carbon dioxide precipitation method using renewable resources such as rice husks and straw as raw materials. It is a white, non-toxic, amorphous microspherical substance. This product is an important inorganic silicon compound with excellent properties such as porosity, light weight, good chemical stability, high temperature resistance, non-combustibility, and good electrical insulation.
Application Range
(1) This product is an alkaline bio-based silicon dioxide with a pH of 8.5-10.5. It can promote rubber vulcanization, shorten vulcanization time, and even eliminate the need for modification with silane, PEG, or other modifying agents.
(2) Because the surface of alkaline bio-based silicon dioxide contains hydroxyl groups, adding this product can improve product mechanical strength, reduce compression set, and enhance high resilience. It can be used as a filler in light-colored rubber products, especially fluoroelastomer products.
(3) Alkaline bio-based silicon dioxide is suitable for high-strength, light-colored NBR oil seals, O-rings, rubber tubes, low-hardness printing rollers, and high-strength, low-pressure deformation, and easily processed HNBR\ACM\AEM rubbers.
