Product Introduction
This product utilizes nanotechnology and dispersants to produce a bio-based silicon dioxide dispersion liquid of the S series. It boasts excellent dispersibility, high solid content, and superior stability. In production, it offers greater application advantages compared to traditional nano silicon dioxide powder, providing anti-fouling, heat resistance, increased hardness, improved abrasion resistance, and super lubricity. It is suitable for various products, including latex products, coatings, inks, water-based resins, paints, plastics, photo paper coatings, solar energy applications, ceramics, and other polymer materials.
Application Range
1. Application in water-based coatings and alkyd resin paints: It can provide thickening, thixotropy, antibacterial properties, film formation, anti-settling, increased strength, increased wear resistance, increased weather resistance, and matting effects, promoting energy efficiency and environmental protection.
2. Application in water-based inks: It can provide thickening, thixotropy, anti-settling, improved brightness and contrast, abrasion resistance, and enhanced storage stability and printability of the ink.
3. Application in polishing fluids: Direct use or dilution according to requirements; high solid content, high dispersibility.
4. Application in water-based adhesives and sealants: It can provide thickening, thixotropy, and flow control, improve dispersibility, increase adhesive strength, and enhance temperature resistance.
5. As a reinforcing agent in latex products, it has toughening and strengthening effects, improving tensile strength. Examples include natural rubber gloves, latex pillows, and respiratory capsules.
6. Application in the textile industry: It has the advantages of matting, anti-slip, wear resistance, wash resistance, pollution resistance, and anti-static properties.
7. Application in the paper industry: Improves the wet strength of paper products, providing high stability and anti-slip properties, as well as good printability.
